Hattie Beavers (MSc in Applied Forensic Psychology, BSc (Hons) in Forensic Psychology) is a Forensic Psychologist in Training at CCATS. She is a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society and the Division of Forensic Psychology. Hattie has a range of experiences working in children’s residential homes providing psychological assessments, formulations and interventions for young people who present with various difficulties, including trauma, aggression and self-injurious behaviours.
Her role within CCATS is to carry out psychological assessments and interventions with clients presenting various needs, under the supervision of Chartered Psychologists. This also includes supporting staff working with young people in residential care with trauma-informed advice, reflective practice, training and consultation.
Hattie has been trained in a number of risk and protective assessment tools such as the HCR-20, RCADS, WAIS-IV, and has experience carrying out psychological assessments and interventions under the supervision of a Chartered Psychologist.
