Molly Casper

Molly Casper (BSc in Psychology, MSc in Clinical Psychology) is a Trainee Counselling Psychologist at CCATS. She is a member of the British Psychological Society and the Division of Counselling Psychology. Molly’s role at CCATS involves delivering therapy to young people and adults in residential services, and providing psychologically-informed support to staff.

Molly’s prior experience includes working in a Therapeutic Community for individuals with complex mental health difficulties, delivering 1-1 interventions, developing formulations using a variety of psychological models, planning and facilitating psycho-education groups, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a trauma-informed approach. She has also worked in the NHS within a Community Mental Health Team, where she adopted a variety of therapeutic approaches to suit the needs of the clients and their presenting difficulties. Molly is trained in DBT skills group delivery and has undertaken a foundation course in Psychodynamic Group Work Practice with the Institute of Group Analysis.
